England all-rounder Moeen Ali believes the forthcoming tour of Sri Lanka will benefit the team ahead of next year’s World Cup.
Conditions will be very different to those encountered in Australia and New Zealand next spring but Moeen insists any game-time against top-class opposition can only be of benefit to the tourists.
