Pakistan and New Zealand agree to not begin day two of second Test after Phillip Hughes expires

The second Test between Pakistan and New Zealand in Sharjah continues to be stretched with a day and certainly will restart on Friday after a day to reflect in the passing of Australia batsman Phillip Hughes.


The verdict was taken by the officials of both Pakistan Cricket Board and New Zealand Cricket following the news that 25-year old Hughes died on Thursday, two days after being hit in the head with a cricket ball during an Australian first class match.
