Australian cricketer Phillip Hughes is having operation and is in a critical state after being hit in the head with a bouncer.
The 25-year old was hit with a Sean Abbott delivery while batting for South Australia in a Sheffield Shield match against new South Wales at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
