Phillip Hughes will soon be honoured having a state memorial in Sydney next week, New South Wales Premier Mike Baird has declared.
Australia opener Hughes expired on Thursday at age 25, two days after being hit in the neck with a bouncer through the Sheffield Shield match between New South Wales and South Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
