Phil Hughes will replace injured captain Michael Clarke in Australia’s squad for the one day series with Pakistan in the United Arab Emirates.
Clarke was ruled from the series, which begins on October 7, with a ‘major’ hamstring injury which forced him to miss the majority of the recent tour of Zimbabwe.
