Lancashire batsman Ashwell Prince insists he failed to believe Yorkshire captain Andrew Gale racially abused him in their much-publicised bust up.
Gale was banned for just two matches after being reported by umpires for his part in the event by the end of the next day’s play in the Roses match previously this month.
