Indian cricket leaders have insisted the West Indies have called off their tour as an effect of a pay dispute by making use of their players.
Following a day of incredible back and forth statements involving both sets of officials, where play in the fourth ODI took a back seat, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) said that, despite West Indian denials, the tour was over.
