Organisers are assured West Indies will take part in the World Cup early next year regardless of the disaster due to their withdrawal in the tour of India earlier this month.
Caribbean cricket was plunged into chaos on October 17 after the show in India was aborted over a protracted payment dispute involving the players as well as the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB).
