Clive Lloyd apologises on the cancellation of West Indies" tour of India

West Indies Cricket Board member Clive Lloyd expects the recent activities of his national team is not going to leave cricketing ties with India “irreparable”.


The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is understood to be considering its response following the West Indies’ withdrawal in the tour of India, with a one-day international, a Twenty20 international and three Tests staying.

LV= County Championship: Worcestershire captain Daryl Mitchell signs long term contract

Worcestershire captain Daryl Mitchell has signed a fresh four-year contract together with the county.


The 30-year old scored 1,334 runs last season at the top of the sequence to head his side back to Division One of the LV= County Championship, while he was also their leading scorer in Twenty20 cricket.

West Indies players attributed by WICB as board supports fall of India tour

The West Indies Cricket Board has apologised “unreservedly” after the fall of its side’s tour of India.


A dispute with all the touring players came to your head through the fourth one-day international, leading the Indian cricket authorities (BCCI) to release a statement asserting the remaining five scheduled matches wouldn’t go ahead.
