Jon Lewis retires from Sussex responsibility to take on Hove training job

Jon Lewis continues to be named bowling trainer of Sussex after declaring his retirement in the playing positions.


The former England seamer joined Sussex from Surrey before the 2014 effort but harm restricted his looks on the 2nd half the season and he’s made a decision to create a move to the training positions.

Cricket World Cup: Paul Collingwood to rejoin Scotland coaching staff ahead of tournament

Former England all rounder Paul Collingwood has consented to come back to Scotland’s coaching staff for next year’s World Cup.


The 38-year old Durham captain, who’s England’s most capped one-day player and World Twenty20 winning captain, formerly worked with Scotland as combined-interim head coach when they booked their spot in the tournament from the beginning of the entire year.

County Championship: Leicestershire to trash manager of cricket job

Lacashire relegated: Paul Allott says Glenn Chapple will not coach and captain next period

Paul Allott reckons Glen Chapple is improbable to be both player and trainer for Lancashire next season.


Chapple, 40, took on the training duties in the Red Rose county when Peter Moores was named as England supremo before in 2013, and joined that function with skippering his side, together with bowling essential overs.
