Zimbabwe bowler Prosper Utseya continues to be cleared to bowl in international cricket yet again, providing he doesn’t bowl whirl.
The 29-year old was suspended by the International Cricket Council in October but the verdict has been overturned enabling him to play in the World Cup which begins in February.
