Australia captain Michael Clarke is winning his fight to be fit for the first Test against India after returning to training after harm.
Clarke, 33, has fought having a consistent hamstring injury in recent weeks as well as a return of the situation in the initial one-day international against South Africa compelled him to sit out the rest of the five-match series.
